Forging processing method
1. Forging. It is a processing method for making blanks and ingots produce partial or complete plastic deformation under the action of pressure equipment and tools (molds) to obtain forgings with certain geometric dimensions, shapes and quality. Forging includes free forging and model forging.
2. Sheet metal stamping. The use of blanking force or static pressure, so that the metal sheet between the die pressure to produce separation or forming and obtain the desired product processing method.
3. Rolling. The use of rolling force (friction), so that the metal in the gap of the rotating roll pressure deformation and obtain the desired product processing method. The raw materials used in rolling production are mainly steel ingots, and the products are section steel, steel plate, seamless steel pipe, etc.
4. Squeeze. A processing method that uses strong pressure to extrude the metal billet from the die hole of the extrusion die and obtain the desired product. Extruded products have various shapes of complex profiles, as well as bearing inner and outer rings.
5. Pull. Using the pulling force, the metal blank is pulled out of the die hole and the processing method of the desired product is obtained. The drawn products include wire, thin-walled tubes and profiles of various special geometric shapes.
